Status of the Application

The specification and the claims are objected to because of informalities. Otherwise, all
pending claims 1-3 are allowed.

Applicant has amended the specification and claims 1 and 2 to correct minor informalities.
No new matter adds through the amendments.

Declaration

The Office Action indicated that the date of execution on the declaration for both inventors
has been omitted.

In response, Applicant submitted herewith a new declaration.

Prior Art Cited in Specification

Applicant submitted herewith an Information Disclosure Statement (IDS) including copies
of the TW and CN patents described on pages 1-3 of the specification. As these references are in
Chinese, English translation of the abstract of these references is also submitted. Please review the
submitted reference and place the IDS in the office file under 37 C.F.R 1.97(i).

Disclosure Objections

The specification is objected to because the term "quartz" is misspelled.
Applicant has amended the specification to correct the spelling. Withdrawal of the
objection is requested.

Claim Objections

Claims 1-3 are objected to because of informalities.

The Examiner is thanked for making specific suggestions of correcting the informalities.
Applicant has amended the claims to correct the informalities according to the Examiner's
suggestion. Withdrawal of the objection is requested.
